What this site and line are
Middletown 24/7 Plumbing is a dispatch and information site. When you call, we take your request and send it to a licensed Delaware plumber who covers your address. We do not perform plumbing work ourselves.
The plumbers who take jobs are independent licensed professionals. They are not our employees or agents, and the contract for the work is between you and the plumber.
Information on this site is general
The articles and pages here describe plumbing in general terms. They are not a diagnosis of your home, and they do not replace advice from a licensed plumber who inspects the problem. Local details, such as utility contacts and town office hours, can change, so confirm them with the Middletown Water Department or the town permits office before you rely on them.
Permit rules vary, so ask the town permits office before you assume a job does or does not need a permit.
Emergencies
If there is a danger to life, a fire, a gas smell or an injury, call 911 first. Our line is not a substitute for emergency services. Leave the building if you smell gas, and call your gas utility only after you are safe.
Prices and payment
The plumber sets the price for the work and gives you a clear price before work starts. This site does not publish prices and does not collect payment. Any payment is a matter between you and the plumber, and you should agree on the price and on what could change it before you approve the job.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information about your address and the problem, and be present or arrange access when the plumber arrives. If you do not own the property, make sure you have the owner's permission for the work. You are responsible for following the instructions the plumber gives about safety and use of the system after a repair.
Limits on liability
The site and the line are provided as they are. We do not promise that the line will be available at every moment, that a plumber will be available for every request, or that a plumber will reach you by a certain time. To the extent Delaware law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the work, advice or conduct of the independent plumbers.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, and nothing limits the responsibility a licensed plumber has for their own work.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is the one on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute about them will be heard in the courts located in Delaware.
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@247plumbermiddletownde.com. That address is for business questions, and plumbing requests are taken by phone only.
